Can anyone help?
There is no paper in the printer and we cannot print as the window says...
...Clear the paper jam. Press green button down to continue.
We do this and nothing changes. We are in a loop and can't print.
Any suggestions? Is there a reset printer button?
Unplug the printer from the wall. Now remove the power brick for 60 seconds. This will reset any error message the printer is getting. While it's unplugged, turn the printer upside down and shake it for 30 seconds. This will dislodge any small items that may have accidentally dropped in to the printer.
Plus everything back in. Any error messages?
