Optiplex 755 won't boot

The computer worked for about a year, now won't boot I have 2 machines:  Opti 755  (one with Service tag: if that helps) and three Optiplex GX620.  All 5 worked for about a year (I bought them used), now NOTHING on the  monitor.  I tried installing a new video card, no luck.  Any ideas?

I'm not sure, hard to explain.  The power supply U cpu fan are running.  BTW, I have 2 Optiplex GX620 that do the same thing.

No, they turn on, fans run, the light on the monitor blinks as if no signal.  I've replaced with another video card, other cables, tried other monitors... nothin'!

Remove All Cards

Remove ALL RAM

Remove All hard drive data cables.

Turn on.

They should beep.

If they don't there is more wrong than is worth fixing.

Add 1 Known Working Ram stick and hook to the onboard VGA

They should then post with an error about no boot device.

At this point you should be able to F12 Boot a live Linux DVD.

If that works then Put the Hard drive back and F12 boot the DVD again and see if the hard drive is ok.

I'm not going to get into how to make a bootable Linux DVD.

You can buy one.
