International warranty transfer UK to South Africa?

When you purchased your computer, did you purchase directly from Dell or a third party reseller? It may be possible that if you only purchased the basic warranty, it may not be transferrable. Additionally, the computer you purchased may not have the parts or services available in your country.  Please check the guidelines to see if you have followed all the rules:   www.dell.com/.../ownership-transfer-and-retail-registration-guide and if you have, then please contact Customer Care in your country (as I'm located in the USA and cannot access your account) to follow up.  Thanks.
