dell printer has pager strucking inside the printer .. what shall i do ?

recently i purchased a dell printer. after one month, i am facing many problems , like the color density is not good as earlier. also the paper get struct in the printer while printer. i contacted dell customer support. but i was not satisfied by their solution . what is the process to obtain dell support number
