DELL Power edge 840 server degraded drive 2, good drive 4 - but system file is corrupt and will not boot

DELL Power edge 840 server degraded drive 2, good drive 4  - but system file is corrupt and will not boot 

Raid 1

2 - 250gig drives

drive not found (on cable 02)

no drive on cables 00/01

Drive on cable 03 is good.

system sometimes boots but blue screens when is tries to access the bad drive (Clicking)

if I unplug the bad drive (drive not found in SAS 5 Controller) the system will boot but file sysem is corrupt...

I only have a server 2012 cd... I can get into dos prompt with that
