My Dell G3 3579 will not recognize my M.2 SSD

Hi, I just got a Adata XPG SX8200 Pro 512gb SSD and when I turned my laptop on and went to the screen when we press F2 while booting, it shows "none" in both M.2 fields. I would like to know how to solve it
