Install Command and Configure without desktop shortcut
Howdy Folks!
I am looking to find a way to install Dell Command and Configure, but without the Dell Command Configure Wizard short cut. I have tried everything I can think of to prevent the desktop icon from being created, DONOTCREATEDESKTOPSHORTCUT=true, INSTALLDESKTOPSHORTCUT="", DESKTOPSHORTCUT=0. Is there a MSI property that can be set to install Dell Command and Configure and prevent the desktop shortcut?

Editing the MSI file you can create a transform file, where you drop the two rows in the shortcuts table, targeted for the DesktopFolder.
Then install with:
msiexec /i "command_configure.msi" TRANSFORMS="command_configure.mst" /qn
Seems to work for me.
