OMIVV 5.0 upgrade

Yesterday I tried to upgrade our OMIIV from 4.3 to 5.0
I followed the steps from the Installation Guide pdf : 'Upgrade OMIVV appliance using backup and restore'
After restoring the backup I logged in to the vcenter (using html5) and checked the client plug-ins :

Any hints ?

Try like this:

Back up the database to restore later, if needed

Unregister all vCenters from OMIVV admin console

Turn off, or turn off and delete the current OMIVV instance

Deploy OMIVV 5.0 cleanly

Register vCenter(s)

Log in and add connection profiles

Hi,

For upgrading OMIVV appliance using backup and restore, Please refer OMIVV 5.0 User Guide i.e., Page 17 to Page 18.
