OpenManage Intergration VMM OT annd WinPE Issues
Hello,
I've been trying to Deploy an Operation Template for OS Deployment and do an WinPE Update but I keep getting the following errors.
OT Error:
Failed to start deploying Operational Template. Either CSV file is not valid, or is not available, or attributes and attribute values of the components in the CSV file are not available.
WinPE Update Error:
Win PE Job failed with error : Either WinPE OR DTK path does not exist.Please make sure that the path is correct.
can anyone assist?

Did you figure out the WinPE issue? I'm having the same problem.

Hello,
Let us know if the below steps help you resolve the issues
To Resolve Operational Template Deploy Issue:
1. Configuration and Deployment -> Deploy -> Export Attribute Value Pool (These export the system specific values, which has to be imported as csv before Deploy)
2. Open the exported csv and see if any attributes are listed for service tags, input the values.
3. "Browse" and select the csv before Deployment starts
To Resolve WinPE Issue:
In WinPE Update wizard -> Make sure the inputs are right (including "\")
WinPE Image Path : \\Integration Gateway FQDN\Wim\boot.wim (boot.wim has to be placed in Integration Gateway Share "Wim" Folder)
DTK : \Integration Gateway FQDN\DTK (Extract the DTK and place the Dell folder within "Integration Gateway Share "Dell" Folder)
ISO : AnyFileName.iso
If the above steps did not resolve the issue, please provide the logs from
1. OMMISSC Admin Portal -> Settings -> Logs -> "dlciappliance_main.log"
