No I own them they are NOT low profile.you need the GDDR5 GV-N1030D5-2GL version like the one below

Depends on what SIZE 390 you are talking about. ONLY MINI TOWER 390 would work. FULL LENGTH Cards from ANY Vendor do not work.
GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1050 GV-N1050OC-2GD would fit fine.
Desktop and SFF power supply is too small. USFF doesnt work at all because it doesn't have any slots.

1050's DO NOT WORK in SFF they are 75W.
GT 1030 works its 30W

55W card might have power issues with 275W power supply
not a problem for 305W MT power supply.
