Somebody else will have to help you. I already told you what I would try: - Better monitor and cable - Different interface (DVI, etc.) - On-Board vs Dedicated video-card - Newer Windows (you declined) - If you can get to BIOS, try running ePSA Diagnostics to check hardware.

It it an old or strange monitor?
Have you tried using the on-board video instead?
Maybe you should just install Windows-10 64bit. It's the latest version of Windows-8. :Smile:

Already checked change Monitor.. Check smart LED but same Issue on those Monitors aslo
yes Windows 10 the Latest OS but sir requirement of our Org..... we are using 8.1...
