We have 30 odd Optiplex 7060's that were installed from an image generated by Dell IA and we are starting to experience issues with blacks screens after a user logs in - an intermittent problem, it doesn't happen every time and it doesn't happen on every machine.
I have been reading that this issue is related to the app readiness service and when it occurred this morning I was able to stop the app readiness service and the login continued to a desktop.
Is there any solution to this issue? I have read reports dated 6 or 7 months ago about reinstalling from a Dell provided restore image, I really don't want to have to reinstalled 30 machines at this site and up to 100 at other sites. Regards
