780, AMD driver update won't install

Optiplex 780. 64 bit. Windows 10. Office 365. Periodically Dell window pops up on my PC offering to scan and optimize my computer. Everytime, it says an update of AMD Radeon HD8490,Radeon R5 240,Radeon R5-340X driver is recommended. The download appears to go to 100%, then instantly message says install failed. Any ideas on why or what I can do? Thanks.

Optiplex 780's do not support ANY R series cards.

HD8490 AND Radeon R5 240 are legacy status.

AMD Ended Driver Support For Non-GCN Graphics Cards in 2016.

Known Issues

AMD Radeon Settings may indicate that a new driver available. The suggested update is not compatible with non GCN products. Users with these products should ignore the notification. More information is available here: AMD Radeon™ Software Support for Legacy Graphics Products

That means newest and latest Drivers DO NOT WORK and will NEVER WORK.

WHQL AMD Catalyst™ 15.7.1 is the last driver.

WHQL certified driver, the AMD Catalyst™ 15.7.1 driver will
continue to be available for users running Windows® 10, Windows® 8.1, and Windows® 7.

Users running Windows® Vista and older Microsoft® operating systems MUST use the AMD Catalyst™ 13.12 driver.
