CanI use video card and display port?

I have several Opti 7010 i5 w/ nvidia cards running 4 monitors. Some are Win 10. Some are Win 7. Can I somehow use the display port to add 2 more monitors? Right now BIOS says either or. Not both. OR must I add another video card Which will probably mean going to a bigger PSU?
