Dell Optiplex 745 fan loud
So this is simple how to silent a CPU Fan when it cause heat and noise.Is the bios can find the fan speed?

It's not possible to adjust the fan speed I'm afraid. I would suggest updating the BIOS as that may help the situation:

Is the fan making a grinding sound or is it just spinning at high speed?

Try looking for an option in the BIOS that is called "Fan Speed Control Override" make sure it's off.
