i backup to windows 7 and in the morning when i went to bite there was an error so i turned it off and turned it on and my windows 10 logo loaded and then the pc shut down does anyone know what to do with it?

First of all what is the exact model number of your system? Also were you running Windows 7 then updated to Windows 10? And do you remember what the error you saw was?

You might have to repeat what you did to get the error to reappear. Writing it down or a photo helps.

Did you load Win7 with Win10 still on the boot drive?

Try and repair Windows 7/10 by using a Windows USB or DVD/CD.
