No. A 5-volt cable does not power the monitor. The other display connections don't power the monitor either. They're just for image.

Thanks for your kind response ... Also I will be highly obliged if you please clarify if the USB - C cable of the said monitor (P2419HC), can be used as the main connector cable with the OptiPlex 7080 SFF for connectivity ...
