OptiPlex 9020 trying to update current BIOS A03 9/17/13
I have an Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) under Universal Serial Bus controllers in Device Manager.
Windows 10 Home : Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363
Microsoft suggested a BIOS upgrade
Dell diagnostic tool found I have 13 drivers to upgrade (2 are urgent)

I have downloaded the BIOS upgrade exe for BIOS A25 - it opens says updating (blue progress bar) - it restarts computer.
I check System Information and it is still BIOS A03.
BitLocker is Stopped on the computer C:

Generally the BIOS updates include all the prior updates but if you are having trouble try updating in stages. Try the next urgent update first and see if that is successful. This support page may help.

the correct way to bios update is never under windows (windows can be corrupted or just overloaded (endless)
USE THE F12 key method, there is no safer way, in the world, than F12 (DDDP way is #2)
