Optiplex 5000 2.5" SSD assembly
Does anyone know the part number or how to find the secondary 2.5" SSD assembly or "caddy" (the light blue plastic tray this it sits in to be installed at the top of the machine)?
The Dell instructions online show how to install a secondary 2.5" SSD but Dell apparently does not carry or is out of the installation assembly.
Thank you for any help you can provide!

What form factor/size is your 5000?

Or it is actually described as Tower in the specs - pic above.

Tower or mini tower is fine.
I chatted with Dell and the advisor said they'd get back to me by email in 12-24 hours. It takes longer without a service tag. Don't give me your service tag though as that's private info.
I also tried finding the part on the Dell site including putting the 5000 in the cart to see what would come up.

More digging - Checked out Optiplex 5000 Tower Parts & Upgrades on the Dell site and Dell parts carrier Parts-People.com has nothing for a 5000.
