Optiplex 790 SFF Win 7
I have an old Optiplex 790 SFF that crashed and I have no clue what the matter is. The power light is solid amber, error codes 2, 3 & 4 are flashing, keyboard, mouse and monitor do not work. I thought the issue was with the BIOS but I can't install, assuming thats the problem to begin with. HELP!!

That suggests a motherboard failure.

You can get a working system for very little.
You have a bad power supply and fried motherboard.
