3060, ePSA: Build 4306.14 UEFI ROM
Hello,
I am having problems selecting boot to HD, not starting windows.
The Desktop came from the factory with Ubuntu, formatted and I put the WIN 10 PRO.
I can install all the Drives, but when it restarts the following error appears:
ePSA: Build 4306.14 UEFI ROM
Please help me solve,

At startup, start to tap F2. Is the drive listed in the setup? If that looks good then restart the system and at the Dell splash screen start tapping F12. Select the boot drive or if Windows Boot Manager is there then select that. If the system boots normally then the boot sequence in the BIOS is wrong. Make sure that Windows Boot Manager is selected.

Boa tarde amigo, consegui resolver com o RUFUS:
1- Retire o disco rígido do Optiplex 3060
2- Coloque em um case externa e conecte em outro computador.
3- Exclua a partição
4- Abra o rufus 3.3.1400.
a) Marque a opção Listar Discos Rígidos USB.
b) Selecione a imagem do windows10.
c) Opção da Imagem: selecionar Windows to GO.
d) Esquema de partição: MBR.
e) Sistema e destino: BIOS ou UEFI.
f) INICIAR
5- Depois coloque o Disco Rigido no Optiplex novamente e de boot por UEFI.

Juliano, a pasta UEFI_NTFS que o Rufus criou e colocou no C:\ pode ser removida ou ao menos escondida ?

You cannot install WIN7 or LEGACY or MBR on a 3060.
UEFI and GPT is required as is 64 bit only.
