Whats the best upgrades (for gaming) that I can get for the Dell Optiplex 9010?
So I want to upgrade my pc next year my estimated budget for it is 600 Canadian dollars, I am looking to upgrade anything other then the CPU, My computer is the Dell Optiplex 9010 DT and specs are I7-3770, 3.4 GHz, HDD 2 TB, Intel HD Graphics 4000, PSU (I don't know what it is.), I am mainly looking for upgrades towards the GPU (If need be it I am completely fine with it outside the case.) And so yeah thanks I guess?

MSI GT1030 is the only option.

75W cards are not supported for Desktop and SFF
USFF cant use anything because it has no slots.
2 gig radeon HD 5450 is fine.

You can shoehorn a low profile 1650 in but you have to remove the power supply and run wires in thru the hole left behind for the Desktop.

Actually now because I watched this video I could probably get 60 fps or more on Fortnite on epic settings while recording on obs... I think I'm getting this

Also,it says here https://www.amazon.ca/GIGABYTE-GeForce-GV-N1030D5-2GL-Computer-Graphics/dp/B071DY2VJR that it needs 300w is that true? I thought it only needs 35w so do I need to upgrade my PSU?

to figure out the best gpu matching your cpu, you can ask different people giving you advices based on subjective opinion, or you could use a bottle neck calculator available on line.
assuming your memory is 8 GB, i7-3770 works very well w GTX 1060 (6GB), according to the calculator.
Graphic card and processor will work great together
Intel Core i7-3770 (Clock speed at 100%) with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (Clock speed at 100%) x1 will produce only 0.69% of bottleneck.
GTX 1060 System Power Supply
Minimum 400 W or greater system power supply with one 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.
Optiplex 9010 MT psu is 275W.
Whether your chassis gives enough cooling to new gpu is a different question.

What about a gtx 1050ti or a gtx 1650 since they don't need external power i have a dell optiplex 9010 MT and i want to get one, do you think it will work fine

75W card is fine for mini tower but 1650 requires latest bios BEFORE changing card and requires secure boot OFF for a non dell card.
