optiplex 790 network problem

In the first installation I installed the ethernet driver, but every time I turn off my computer I always get an error like the one below.

but when I deactivate and activate it's finished but when I turn it back on and turn it back on like that ..

I've uninstalled it and installed it again, it's always been like that ... I'm stuck here ...

please help buddy about this network problem ??
