Dell Optiplex 390 HDMI sound issue
Hi,
I have connected the PC to HDTV via HDMI, getting video but not getting I have checked all the setting/driver etc end everything just looks fine but no sound.

Unless you have a video card that generates HDMI audio (internally in the video card) you won't get any HDMI audio. Depending on what OS you are using you may have to manually set the HDMI as the default audio playback (assuming that is an option).
You didn't note what video card you are using or what OS.
