VNX5500-F: All Flash Drives

Many of us DBAs are of the opinion that our Oracle databases should be on the fastest everything, without added complexity, without added thought and please no vendor lock-in. Don’t talk to me about how parts of my database are relatively unused and would be better suited for high capacity slower drives: while absolutely true this requires added complexity and thought! Yes, I fully understand that some parts of my database are much better suited for Enterprise Flash Drives (EFDs). All I’m interested is providing the ultimate speed. That was fun to write but perhaps not rooted in reality? Or is it? The VNX5500-F offers all flash drives.
