DELL Inspiron 3650 and video card NVidia GTX 1060
Hi
I just bought a video card NVidia GTX 1060 as a replacement for the NVidia GTX 730 that came with my Inspiron 3650.
This NVidia 1060 needs power from the Inspiron 360 power supply by means of a 6-pins connector.
The power supply of my Inspiron 3650 does however not have a cable with such a 6-pins connector.
Does it mean that I cannot install the NVidia GTX 1060 in my Inspiron 3650 ?
Or is there an alternative solution to this problem ?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello Puizebol,
The inspiron 3650 can’t integrate the newest serial cards of pascal like GTX 1060.
Have a nice day.
Regards.

Hi Mohamed
I just discovered that a new card NVidia GTX 1050 will be released shortly
It is a lot smaller than the 1060 and it will not need the extra PCiE power cable.
Maybe that might be the solution to my problem ?
What do you think about it ?
