Inspiron 15-3521 not turning

My Dell Inspiron 15 is not turning on..when I power on laptop light is coming but after that nothing happening I try hardware diagnostics and the laptop turn on for some time when I start again same problem happened and now I tryed FN+POWER BUTTON but nothing happening... advice please
