Dell Webcam Central no se instala

Buenos días, 

Tengo un Dell Vostro 3750 Windows 7 Professional N, lo formateé hace unos días y no consigo instalar el programa Dell Webcam Central. Cuando me descargo el archivo SmartSource.MediaManager.application de Mis descargas y lo abro me dice "Cannot download the application. The application is missing required files. Contact application vendor for assistance."
