Adding PDUs to the compatibility list

I have a ton of APC AP8858 PDUs.

Any idea when OMPC will add them to the compatiblity list?

They are discoverable but when I click on them the entire device page goes blank.

I also have APC AP7902 PDUs and they are not listed in the compatiblity list but seem to work.

Cameron, do you know the version of the APC AP8858 MIB file in your APC PDU?  Power Center is validated with version v4.0.3 MIB.  We also look at the updated v4.0.5 MIB and see there is no change that would impact Power Center support for the APC PDU.

Hai.

Thanks! Checking with APC as I don't see a way to check that in the cli or the web GUI for the PDU.

The MIB file for the ap8858 and ap8841 APC PDUs is v4.0.5.

Just for kicks I used the MIB Import utility to import that MIB file and it said it added it to OME but how does that relate to OMPC?

Still getting dead page when trying to view an ap8858 device in OMPC.

Could you send me an email at hai_phung@dell.com?  I would like to have the engineering team further investigate the dead page issue.  Thanks.
