Charger not working

I bought my laptop 2 month ago, my charger has magically stopped working, I know that it has nothing to do with power settings because it's light never turns on anymore and it does not charge. ( I've even put my tongue to it to see if there is any power ) if someone can refer me to a person that can help me it would be appreciated ( the charger is in perfect condition ) I have also checked the fuse in the plug head and it is fine. I have a 9q33 xps 12
