How to use Microsoft Portable Diagnostic Tool to collect Windows Log

1.Extract the zip file.

2.It will create a folder named Portable_Diagnostic    

3.Open the Portable_Diagnostic folder and run the file named – LaunchSdp.exe

4.Once we run above file it will give below screen Accept and proceed.            

5.A new screen will appear and need to click on Start-             

6.It will start collecting the reports (OS logs)       

7.Once completed it will prompt to save on a particular location – save to desktop

8.Once saved following window will appear- click on close           

9.A file will be created on desktop (other defined location) as below-
