这是阵列卡的电池电量低了！如果电池充满电的情况下的电量低于阀值应该，电池就应该更换了。不过也有可能在充放电完成后恢复正常。
你可以收集一日志并在回复的选项上上传，我们可以看看阵列卡电池的情况是怎么样的。
另：阵列卡电池故障不会影响系统运行，但电池故障会导致阵列卡的缓存禁用，故系统性能会有所下降。

看了日志，电池需要更换了，电池部件号是：NU209 ,可以找戴尔销售购买，也可以在第三方供应商购买或直接在淘宝搜索NU209，也可以找到购买。
另闪黄灯的硬盘2预测性故障，也建议尽快更换。

raid卡电池要么是因为电量低，要么就是坏了。看你这电池啥时候更换上的了，半年以上的话，坏的可能性较大。另外的硬盘绿、橙灯交替闪烁，这是硬盘预故障了，建议更换。下载个dset跑下，抓了日志就知道啥问题了。
