r730 K20 gpu power insufficient
環境是簡單的ubuntu 16.04，然而當跑nvidia-smi後，會跳出以下error
Unable to determine the device handle for GPU 0000:04:00.0: Unable to communicate with GPU because it is insufficiently powered. This may be because not all required external power cables are attached, or the attached cables are not seated properly.
server目前是插了兩個750W PSU，然後有設成non-redundancy mode。
排線的話是 6+6，但k20也只需要225W，應該是夠的。

您好，如您们按手册的要求增加的GPU卡的话，还有以上报错，考虑一下套件这块，也就是电源线等（接GPU卡），如不是原厂的，可能会涉及到兼容的问题。
