¿Confirmaría usted si cuando reemplazó la unidad original de Fallo Previsto, estaba en un estado ONLINE o OFFLINE? Si estaba EN LÍNEA, ¿Forzó la unidad a que se desconectara antes de reemplazarla? Pregunto porque si estaba ONLINE y no forzado fuera de línea antes de reemplazarlo, entonces la falla prevista puede migrar a través de las unidades y perforar el Raid.
Lo que yo sugeriría es ejecutar una Comprobación de Consistencia en el Disco Virtual, así como asegurarse de que el servidor está actualizado en la BIOS, iDrac, Controlador Raid, y las unidades (si están disponibles).

Would you confirm if when you replaced the original Predicted Failure drive, was it in an ONLINE or OFFLINE state? If ONLINE, did you FORCE OFFLINE the drive prior to replacing it? I ask because if it was ONLINE and not forced offline before replacing then the Predicted Failure can migrate across the drives and puncture the Raid.
What I would suggest is to run a Consistency Check on the Virtual Disk, as well as make sure the server is up to date on BIOS, iDrac, Raid Controller, and the drives (if available).

Comentarle Chris, que la unida del disco se extrajo del servidor, sin haberlo sacado del estado "Online", se extrajo en caliente y se monto el otro disco en caliente, sin haber forzado el disco a estar en status "foreign".

That is likely what cause the original Virtual Disk to go completely Predicted Failure. Was there any backups that were run after the Virtual Disks went Predicted Failure, which was then restored to the new Virtual Disk? That may cause the Predicted Failure to migrate to the new Virtual Disk. 

Would you confirm if the drive in the new VD is a new drive, such as the replacement, or is it an existing drive that was working fine prior to the original Predicted Failure?

I comment, when the hard disk change was made, no backup copy of the VD had been made, and seeing the problem persisted the VD was deleted along with the RAID and everything was created again, but when creating the VD it was not I run a backup, charge as if I were creating the DV from scratch.

Le comento, cuando se realizo el cambio de discos duros, no se habia realizado ninguna copia de seguridad del VD, y al ver el problema persistia se borro el VD junto con el RAID y se creo todo nuevo, pero al crear el VD no se le ejecuto una copia de seguridad, cargo como si estuviera creando el VD desde cero.

I also comment that when I see the status of the disks, it shows "S.M.A.R.T status: ERROR, 3 of the albums have the same, and 1 does not.

Are  either the replacement drives, or preexisting drives in the Virtual Disk?

With it being the original members of the Virtual Disk, is the drive that is flagging this time the same as before or is it another member of the VD flagged now?
