Bare Metal Recovery Using BAckup Assist - Drivers
Hi
Does anyone know what drivers I would need to include for a bare metal recovery of a Power Edge 420 using Backup Assist ?
I have identified the RAID as being one but I have no idea what to download

Contrary to a very popular belief we do not have the power of omniscience around here, so you are not the only one. Without details you can not possibly obtain an answer as we do not know all the details of your hardware... as in what SPECIFIC raid adapter do you have? Find out which one of these.

Go to this link, choose your operating system, cruise down the expandable list, expand SAS Raid, pick out the raid driver for the H310, this will be the main driver you need, other drivers needed will be on the linked page. While you at it, check ALL your present firmwares/drivers are up to date before even trying to get Backup Assist working.
