La batteria potrebbe essere il problema , ma per iniziare mi sento di raccomandare l'aggiornamento del firmware del controller , così come il server rimanente . Questo perché il controller di essere veramente lontano obsoleto può causare errori di batteria falsi . Dopo che il controller e il server è aggiornato , se si ottiene ancora gli errori sulla batteria , vorrei suggerire di sostituire in quel momento .

Fatemi sapere il sistema operativo installato e posso farti i collegamenti agli aggiornamenti .

A firmware update shouldn't endanger the data. Leaving the controller behind on firmware is inherently more of a risk to the data than to update. Now this is when you are only an update or so behind. If you are a half dozen updates behind, then I would suggest walking the updates up to current. If you let me know the current version I can let you know if it is possibly the cause, and provide links if needed.

Hello Chris, Ok , i can try, I've only one concern. isn't  update the firmare a potentially dangerous operation ? I mean is there a risk to loose my data ? because in this case I probably prefer the cost of the battery replacement that seems an "easier" task.

The latest firmware for the Perc 6/i is 6.3.3., can you verify the version it is at. The 8.2 you listed I believe is the driver version.

Yes, sorry looking in the SErverManager Admin web page page remotely the numbers where very confused.
