CBL0004, CBL0009 on R730xd
I recently bought a Dell PowerEdge R730xd without hardware RAID card. As I went through the documentation, this server could work with the internal software RAID. Then here is my question, how should I connect the cables to let my hard drives be recognised by this server? and what other configurations do I need to do?
I'm connecting them like this but it seems not be working.

Please provide a link and page number to any document that states the S130 is a valid storage controller for the R730XD. The S130 is not a valid storage controller option on the R730XD.
The R730 and R730XD are very similar systems that share a lot of documentation. The S130 is a supported controller only in 8x2.5" and 8x3.5" backplane configurations on the R730/R730XD. Since there is no x8 backplane option on the R730XD there is no configuration option on an R730XD that would support an S130 storage controller.
