Cannot Create RAID

I just bought couple of DELL Servers R520

first one : Two SAS 600 GB

Sec : Two SATA 1 TB

Problem

After i created first v disk using (build & update)  RAID 1 (200 GB)

there is no option to create Raid 0  ( in both servers)

Raid 0 option is inactive , just raid 1 is active

i update bios firmware to latest version

my raid controller is PERC 710 Mini

there is no update available for Raid controller

You can't ... It is all or nothing. Create additional 'slices' or partitions to accomplish what you are trying to do. You can't have multiple dissimilar VD's in the same disk group.

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do.  It sounds like you are trying to create two Virtual Disks across the two physical disks (called 'slicing'), one VD as a RAID 1 and the other VD as a RAID 0.  If that is what you are trying to do, you can't.  If you are going to 'slice' the disks into multiple arrays, the VD's must all be the same RAID level.  This is not usually possible from a performance and reliability standpoint - I'm not sure why you'd want to - it's just not a good idea.
