Change Partition Size - PowerEdge T110, Perc H200

My PowerEdge T110's main disk is Raid-1, 500GB with two partitions - 40GB C-Drive and 400+GB D-Driver.  I have plenty of space in D drive but only have a few gb of free space in the C drive.  In windows 2008 disk manager, I'm able to shrink the D drive, but I don't get the option to expand the C drive.  I'm guessing the Perc H200 prevents me from expanding the boot partition?

How can I expand the C Driver?

Nope. The H200 can enforce no such restriction at the OS level.

Question (because it wasn't clear from your post): You have only TWO physical disks, correct? Two 500GB disks in a RAID 1? So in Windows you see only ONE 500GB disk, correct?

If that is the case: You can only extend a partition into UNPARTITIONED SPACE to the RIGHT of the partition to extend. So, in order to extend your C: drive, you must backup and delete your D: drive, extend C:, then recreate D: and restore data.

If that is not the case, and you have two separate "disks" showing in Disk Management (meaning you have two RAID 1's), then it cannot be done. (Technically it can, but don't do it.)
