Dell Perc 5/i - Raid is mounting on Windows, not on Linux
Hello,
I'm running a RAID1 with Dell Perc 5/i on Windows 10 x64, all is running fine, but I have lot of flood on Megaraid Storage Manager TTY :
113 | [Information, 0] | 2018-11-15, 03:11:07 | Controller ID: 0 Unexpected sense: PD = -:-:3Invalid field in CDB, CDB = 0x4d 0x00 0x4d 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x20 0x00 , Sense = 0x70 0x00 0x05 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x0a 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x24 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 0x00 | 2955 |
Those lines are sometimes writing by dozens per seconds.
Msm is telling all is Optimal, Raid is working fine, btw I'm doing a consistency Check.
Since some days I have a multi boot in Linux Mint and it's a real mess, drive was half mounted, with a lot of I/O error when listing directories, now partition is not even detected so I cannot try to mount it anymore.
Here a bunch of logs :

Drive has been chkdsk multiple time, I'm doing a concistency check, then I'll do a P*trol read.
What could be the problem ?
Is my Raid1 dying ?
Why Linux refuse to use / detect this partition and I have not a single issue in Windows ?
Linux driver is a wrong one ?
Where could I find a certified linux driver for my card ?
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
The sensecode that is being given doesn’t seem to indicate a hardware failure. What model server is it? Linux mint is not a validated OS so it may not have a proper driver.

Thanks for the sensecode translation.
It's on a workstation not on a server, I bought the card longtime ago from second hand and use it for Raid 1 my personal data.
I know I can't have official support for this product but maybe the community could help me.
After some investigation I think the problem comes from Ntfs-3g driver (tested with Mint 19 and Debian 9.6).
