Dell PowerEdge R720 Seagate Firmware Update failure

OS: Windows Server 2008 R2 x64

The OSMA "Physical Disk Firmware Version Report for PERC H710 Mini" indicates the drives need a firmware update from 0008 to ES66:

I attempted to download the Windows DUP from the following sites with the same failure "This Update Package is not compatible with your system configuration":

1. SAS-Drive_Firmware_0KC00_WN32_ES65_A06.exe from  https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/19/drivers/driversdetails?driverId=0KC00&osCode=WS8R2&productCode=poweredge-r720
2. SAS-Drive_Firmware_52PY8_WN32_ES66_A07.exe from https://www.dell.com/support/home/gr/el/grbsdt1/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=52py8 (NOTE: This is for system OEMR R220)
3. SAS-Drive_Firmware_V38WK_WN32_ES68_A07.exe from https://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/Drivers/DriversDetails?driverId=V38WK&osCode=WS8R2&productCode=poweredge-r720

Can any one help identify the problem and how to resolve?
