Dell R710 - problems with PERC H700

Hello everyone. I have a problem with H700 RAID controller. After upgrading my R710 server with it, I can't enter configuration of RAID arrays. It keeps displaying message about battery being disconnected or discharged. Is this related to not being able to enter configuration?

The H700 is a battery backed controller, the battery provides the power to maintain cache. When you upgraded, did you also install a battery? I'll also see what additional information I can find about a battery preventing access to the Control + R screen in the case of an upgrade.

Yes, I installed the battery, I even tried with the old one, because before upgrade I had PERC 6/i controller, which had the same battery. So situation looks like this - controller says it has battery disconnected, and it doesn't matter which battery or cable for connecting it I use. It looks like there is some problem with controller itself. I will look into it tommorow
