Does PERC H730P+ RAID Controller support Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Looking to build a Log point SIEM server on a Dell PowerEdge R440 Server.
This has a PERC H730P+ RAID Controller.
Log Point operating system runs on Ubuntu 16.04. But the spec for this RAID controller says it supports Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1, SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP4, Microsoft Windows Server 2012, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.8, SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 SP3, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5
Does any know whether Ubuntu 16.04 will work with this Controller/

Good morning,
Ubuntu 16.04 is on OS support matrix for the 14G platform, so I would fully expect the H730P+ to function properly. That same controller is on the supported hardware list of the R440, so I can't think of any reason that it wouldn't work. You may need to load a driver, though.
