Is there PERC 3/DCL driver for 64bits Windows Server 2003 available?

I continued receiving "The device, \Device\Scsi\mraid35x1, did not respond within the timeout period." error message and the server stop and bluescreen.

The disk is alright, I checked, after upgrading FW to 198U, the issue still existing, and Windows recognize it as PERC 3/DC, is that a the driver issue, is there 64bit driver for it?

Thank you.

After upgrading FW to 199A, the issue still exists.
The driver looks like 32bit version, Is there a 64bit one for it?

Thanks...

Hi Kaibin,

Could you help us out a bit and let us know which model of server you have the 3/DCL installed?

It's on a non-DELL server, this server's RAID controller was damaged, so I un-plug it from my old DELL server.

Thanks

Hi Kaibin,

The file you got for the driver was the one used on the PE2500, you might check other 5 series and 6 series servers to see if there is a different driver offered for the PERC3/DCL. if that does not work, you may need to go with a non dell driver.

http://www.lsi.com/support/technical_support/index.html  Give them the serial number so they can identify the model, you may need to put their F/W on the card as well.

Good luck,
Dell-GaryS
