PERC H730 Hard Drive Replacement
I need to replace all 12 Hard drives in a RAID 5 Array due to age . There are no hot spares allocated. Is there any faster way to replace them all without damaging my array or is 1 by 1 and waiting for rebuild the only way?

Hi,
You may need to replace the drive 1 by 1 to rebuild the array, if you were to replace all the drives in the server, and all of the drives are in 1 RAID array.
Based on the knowledge I've being involve in array building, if you were to replace all drives, I suggest to build the array from ground level, and copy the data back in from back up. This you can avoid RAID puncture, which you might want to avoid.
