PowerEdge 1300 SCSI Drives being wiped
I am working on a Poweredge 1300 /700 for a customer. This
unit arrived new with hard drives blank. I low-leveled,
fdisked and formatted the drives. I put Win98 on the system,
and it was fine for 2 days. On day 3 the drives where once
again blank (Both of them). The system is running the
Adaptec 7890 controller with twin Quantum Atlas V 9.1 GB
hard drives. It originally shipped with Novell OS, or least
it was supposed to.
Thanks In Advance......

Windows 98 has never been validated on any PowerEdge Server product, however I really doubt this is the issue.
I have never seen a hard drive just go "blank" without human intervention.
