Recently I was working in two Dell servers model Poweredge 2650, and has been a really big challenge to find the following two drivers:
the pci ids you provided are for the dell embedded remote access controller. You could go with option #2 that flash has suggested, and that should install the driver for you if i recall correctly. The other option was to dnload the openmanage managed node (link below), run it, then choose the custom install, and select the remote access option and that will install the driver. Installing the other items listed are not necessary.
That was my initial though too reybeast2, but when I double-checked the DEV ID's with PCIDatabase.com (not that I esteem them as infallible), it indicated SCSI devices - most often backplane driver - an issue I was already aware of, and so the reason for the link to the backplane driver. If it is indeed the RAC, then absolutely, install OMSA and it should go away, as it contains the drivers for the remote access card. Hopefully, one of the two will resolve it ... if not, then SBUU should.
I pulled these off my system, perhaps they will help the next person emoticon.BigSmile.title
