Hello
I don't know what controller that is. It looks like a SCSI HBA.
How is this stopping you from booting to OS installation media?

Hi, the installation media does not recognize the disks. I put the OM_5.2.0_ISM_A00.ISO media. When it finishes loading it says that the disks have not been initialized.

Make sure the controller is recognizing the disks. Also, make sure they are in a proper state to be presented to the operating system.
If you have any further questions then please be sure to state which RAID controller you are using. This issue is with the RAID controller. I have provided all of the info I can without knowing which controller you are using.
