PowerEdge T410 Perc S300 Raid 10 - Controller Error

I'm getting Event ID 11 Disk errors:

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR1.

We have a PE T410 Server 2008 R2 Enterprise with Perc S300 Raid 10.  OMSA isn't reporting any errors and am unsure which drive the event ID is referring to.  Diskpart says Disk 1 is an external USB backup drive, and the Perc shows the virtual disk array as Disk 0. How can I accurately determine if \Harddisk1\DR1 is referring to Physical Disk 0:1 in the array or the External Drive listed as Disk 1?

Thanks in advance.

With it showing it as DR1 that will be the USB, what you can try is updating the USB driver, and beyond that you can also try changing the USB port it is attached to as well.

Let me know how it goes.
