2 hard disk failed - just 1 change. I can rebuild with still 1 failed ?
No, you cannot rebuild a RAID 5 with two failed drives.
According to your controller log the RAID 5 array had two drives failed and then the array went offline. The RAID 5 array is punctured. There are multiple unrecoverable logical blocks on the array. You will need to delete the array, create an unlike array across the disks, and then recreate the array to ensure that the logical blocks are recreated.
If you do not have a backup and the data is critical then you should contact a data recovery company before doing anything else.
According to the log this is your RAID config:
0 RAID 1 0,1 1 RAID 5 (5 members) 2,4,5,6,7
01/15/16 19:32:40: EVT#45635-01/15/16 19:32:40: 81=State change on VD 01/1 from OPTIMAL(3) to DEGRADED(2)
01/15/16 19:32:40: EVT#45636-01/15/16 19:32:40: 251=VD 01/1 is now DEGRADED
01/15/16 19:32:40: EVT#45637-01/15/16 19:32:40: 114=State change on PD 06(e1/s6) from ONLINE(18) to FAILED(11)
The above was your first drive failure. There were multiple medium errors on PD 6 prior to it going offline on 1/15/2016.
02/10/16 11:40:16: EVT#45951-02/10/16 11:40:16: 87=Error on PD 04(e1/s4) (Error 02)
02/10/16 11:40:16: EVT#45952-02/10/16 11:40:16: 81=State change on VD 01/1 from DEGRADED(2) to OFFLINE(0)
02/10/16 11:40:16: EVT#45953-02/10/16 11:40:16: 252=VD 01/1 is now OFFLINE
02/10/16 11:40:16: EVT#45954-02/10/16 11:40:16: 114=State change on PD 04(e1/s4) from ONLINE(18) to FAILED(11)
This is when your second drive in the RAID 5 went offline and the array also went offline due to two drive failures. This is also one of your punctured blocks. LBA 513f3e02 is unrecoverable. The block is stored on drives 4 and 7, and the block is marked bad on both of those drives. Since it is marked bad in the only two locations it is located there is nothing to read or recover from.
02/10/16 11:40:16: EVT#45955-02/10/16 11:40:16: 111=Unrecoverable medium error during recovery on PD 04(e1/s4) at 2b1d02
02/10/16 11:40:16: EVT#45956-02/10/16 11:40:16: 97=Puncturing bad block on PD 02(e1/s2) at 2b1d02
The above is another punctured block in your RAID 5.
If you put the original disks back into the system you can try to force PD 4 online through the controller BIOS. That may allow you access to the data for a short time before it fails again. You might be able to back up some data during that window. The RAID 5 array will never be stable, so you are going to have to delete and recreate the array at some point. If you need the data then you should contact a data recovery company. Attempting to force online PD 4 could further damage whatever data remains on the array.
